What are the Penalties for a Class ''Y'' felony?
Please include fines.

10-40 or life & 15000 fine or 25000 fine depending on what class Y. Some are 25% some are 50% and some are 70%, depending. You can't just ask the range and apply it to all class Y crimes and not all class Y crimes end up as class Y when the case is over.
