Do not turn yourself in or make some other rash decision without first consulting a licensed Arkansas attorney. Maybe Arkansas won't want to spend the money to have you extradited. If you feel you must turn yourself in, at least travel to Arkansas first, you won't enjoy the cross-country series of jail bus rides.
Do not speak, at all, to any police officer or prosecutor except to ask that an attorney be appointed for you. Do not answer their questions, no matter what they say. View the YouTube video, Don't Talk To Cops.

If you're currently in California - do NOT turn yourself in to a California law enforcement agency on an out-of-state warrant. You'll be held on a fugitive hold until Arkansas decides if they want to extradite you, which could take some time.
Instead, find a good criminal attorney in Arkansas in the county where your warrant is and consult with them. They can assist and see if there's a way to surrender yourself and avoid being in custody. They can either see about arranging bail in advance so you never see the inside of a jail cell or even potentially a release on your own recognizance - it depends on the facts.
Don't just go waltz in to the court and turn yourself in without lining up legal counsel. Trust me - it'll pay off.
