Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
I have a friend in jail in Benton County Arkansas. He is serving 14 months of a 7 year sentence for Computer child pornagraphy. It is his first offense. He is in County jail waiting for intake to Arkansas Dept of Correction. He has been in county jail for 6 weeks and can be there for another 2-3 months. He is trying to expose the Sheriff and the county jail for not following code in serving food for Benton County inmates. Food is spoiled, cold, uneatable and making everyone sick. He sent me a hand written 3 page complaint and has asked me to type it for him and give him addresses to national news networks. He has asked me to type it and send it back to him plus 12 copies of this document that he researched and authored. I will merely type it. Can I get into legal trouble for typing this for him?
