Can a person be made to serve on a jury (civil as well as criminal) if it is against his/her religious beliefs? When choosing a panel, one's religious convictions are not considered.

Re: Jury Duty
Whether your religious belief is sufficient to get you off the jury duty depends on what exactly it is. The judge may consider this and rule on it in each situation whether it is sufficient.
