Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
A man drove by my house while me and my kids were at home and shot my vehicle my kids and i were terrified.....they say all they can charge him with is criminal mischief shouldnt it be aggravated assault and shouldnt he have to pay for my new door....thanks

The specific criminal charge is up to the prosecutor. You can sue him in civil court for recovery of your damages if no criminal resitution is ordered.
