Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
I was at a party the other night and the next day i recieved a phone call being accused of stealing from the residence. When i left everyone was asleep and the door was wide open. With 3 people stating i am the only person who could have taken the items what can i do if they press charges on me?
