Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
A person found stolen guns on his property AFTER the police had already searched and recovered some stolen property put there by suspect. They already have the suspect in custody for related charges up to but not including these guns. If the person (owner of land searched by police) turns the guns in, will the suspect gain an additional charge?
