Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
I just received a 5 year suspended sentence on March 23 of this year, I was served papers for past due child support yesterday, The amount of child support is $1890, Will this violate my suspended sentence and cause me to go to prison? If I pay the child support before the court date, will they drop the contempt of court charge?

The failure to pay child support is probably not a stated term of your probation, but any general language requirments could be construed to require such. Best bet is to try to get current ASAP and abide by all future orders of the court.
