Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
rent a car with 3 pounds of cocaine
i was pulled over in arkansas in a rent a car going to see my friends brother who was sick,i had no license so they asiked me to step out then if they could search the car i was like sure while searching, they found three pounds of cocaine 2 rocks and paraphinalia none of it was mine and they are offering 10 years, do you think my layer is doing his job ?

There is no way to know from this post if your lawyer is doing his/her job. If you have no confidence in your lawyer, however, you should pay the outstanding bill, and hire a new one. If you are ready to roll the dice and go to trial, you should tell either lawyer to get a trial setting, and start preparing for trial.
