Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
My son in jail for probation violation. Wil he be allowed to plea guilty or not guilty? Or will the judge just sentence him?

He will receive a hearing on whether or not he violated the terms of his probation. These are commonly referred to as revocation or "revo" hearings. He will have most of the same rights to trial on the issues as if it were a trial on the merits.
