Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas

wrong place

my neice was staying at this couples house and they was selling pot she had no ideal that this was going on. she was getting ready for work when the police raided this house.she was taken in and booked on intent to sell with nothing on her. the pot was stiil in a block not even broke down. any way the police took her down and held her and questioned her with out a leagle guridan or any lawyer presant she is only seventeen this child is a good kid never been in trouble in her life. when the law arrested her they hurt her and was laughing all the time this was going on. so if there is any thing that can be done please help.thank you for your time.
