Can i be convicted of dwi 2 if my first dui was 4 years ago when the law has been changed to where they look back 5 years instead of 3. Since when I was convicted the law was 3 years.

Yes. The change in the law affects your current conviction, not your prior conviction.
It is legal for the law to "look back" 5 years even if that is a change from the period in effect when you were first convicted.
The law is changing all the time. It cannot change and affect a prior conviction, but it can change and affect a subsequent one.
