Dui?
I am appliying for a job with the Bureau of Prisions. I got a DUI almost 8 yrs ago but it is no longer on my driving record. Should I tell them about it or not?

Yes, even if you have had your record expunged you are required when asked specifically about a DUI to inform the employer or government agency who is asking.
