dwi with no ticket?
if you get stopped while drinking and driving,taken to jail, held over night,and booked, but you get no ticket, and nothing was ever signed, can you still be charged or convicted of a dwi or does it have to be thrown out?

If you were booked and told when to appear at Court, the fact that you got no "ticket" is irrelevant. The charge will stand and you must report to Court to answer for the charges.
