Legal Question in Education Law in Arkansas
Is it very common for counselors of schools to get taken to court for not telling parents information concerning their child? Have their been cases where parents objected to what the counselors were teaching at school and took them to court? For example the parent objected to teaching their children about a particular alternate lifestyles are morally wrong because the parent did not believe that way.
