My father died a year ago and left my mother quit a bit of money. My sister is handleing the money for her. My fear is that she is spending quie a bit of mothers money on herself/family. I can't prove any of it but feel that I must do something. I asked her about my fears but it made her real mad and now shes cut me of from my mother who lives with her. What can I do about both problems

You can file for Guardianship and force an accounting. Might even have an independent third party appointed Guardian of the Estate. Better do sooner than later. Please let us know if we might me of assistance.
