medicaid nursing home
please tell me after you sign someone up for medicaid
and put them in a nursing home,with no money left over,
will the person's children have to pay off all unpaid bills when the person has passed away???

It depends on the way the assets are set up, whose name is on the bill, sign-in sheet, authorization, etc. at the nursing home. If the parent transferred property within past 5 years, it is possible for nursing home, Medicaid to review the transfer for value.
