IF a person with low income benefits has signed her home over to a son and is allowed to live in the home until death, will the low income benefits be affected if the son makes repairs on the home she lives in?

There is not enough information here to really tell what is going on. But, if the son owns the home and wants to maintain it, it should not effect her benefits.
