Poa
My sister has taken power of attorney for my dad who is now in a nursing home. She is very secretive and will not share with me anything regarding his estate. I know she is planning to sell his property, but I have no input at all. Do I have any rights whatsoever if I think she is mishandling his money? He is in Arkansas and she is in Texas.

Where are you? ask your father first..then if other members of family..talk..ask for legal help last..and of course there are remedies for malfeasance..but suspicions are not malfeasance
