second request....could three sisters share the power of attorney over our mother and would it take three to make a decision or just a majority vote to like sale her home..she is in a nursing facility. i really appreciate you help on this matter..respectfully,,connie blancaflor

That would all depend on the language of the POA. Certainly a POA can be drafted to require unanimous consent of the fiduciaries.
