Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I'm 9 1/2 months pregnant and want to get custody of my daughter, I think the dad is unfit and i would be a wreck if he got her without it being supervised. He has i long criminal history and family in another state that he wants to live at, i'm afraid he might try to skip with her, what should i do?

It would be great to know a little more information about your situation. For example, are you married to the father?

No judge would take an infant away from its mother. You would have to be proven to be unfit for that to happen. What is unfit? You physically abuse the child, or neglect it to such an extent that DHS removes it from your care.
