Can a 16 year old demand DNA testing and/or custody of a child when the mother i

An 18 year old girl claims my son is the father of her baby. There are at least 3 other males who claim they are the father. Her doctor will not do DNA testing start the paperwork to have the testing done when the baby is born. The baby is due betwwen July 21st-August 6th. One day she wants to sign over the baby to my son and the next day she is hostile toward him. We are seekiong advise for several things actually. First, is how we can establish paternity. Second, is getting custody of the baby if it is my son's. She is not stable enough to raise a child. Can send detials if nessary.

Yes, he can. Actually, you, as his legal guardian (parent) can ask for the testing on his behalf. The Court will order the test and if it is positive, his name will be placed on the birth certificate.
