need advice on out-of state divorce
I need to know the laws of divorce for arkansas. And how can i get a lawyer when the lawyers up here in WI can't help me?

What you need to do is log on to Lawyers.com and try to find counsel wherever your court case is. LawGuru.com should also lead you to some lawyers in Arkansas. Do this as soon as possible as your rights may be already affected. The Internet is full of caselaw as well at Findlaw.com.
