Annulment guidelines

A close relative of mine who resides in Ohio, was married in Tennessee aprox. 6 months ago (October 2003), now has regrets, and needs to know the guidelines for annulments-i.e. the time limit, the location of the marriage v.s. the location of residency (reside and end marriage in Ohio, married in Tennessee). Not sure if the following info is a factor- The couple was living together for approx. 7 years, separated for a short time, then resumed co-habitating prior to marriage. Thank you very much!

To make a short story long ... sex, even just once, after marriage means divorce, not annullment.
