can you help i want my babys back
my kids are in arkansas on a visitation with there dad they have been there sence april 1 with there dad to make a long story short he left me and my four girls homeless dec 15 2002 would send very little money at the end of march he offered to take three of the girls so that I could find a job and get on my feet I really didn�t have much of a choose but to let them go be with there dad a few months early for there visitaion are oldest stayed she went out there july 28 she arrived there july 30 by bus on aug 4 I was served papers that he wanted a divorce and 50/50 custody and that the girls reside with him for the school year and me for the summer will he has had them all summer they was born here in utah and have been here all there lives they have never moved from this state they only went there to arkansas for there visitation I drove out there march 29 got there on the 31 or april 1 I didn�t leave there untill april 7 so I guess what my ? is can he say they are legal residents there he has also ordered a restaining order so I cant come and get them can you help me in any way please get back to me wendy
