Birth certificate

I know of someone who wrote his name in on a childs birth certificate and his name is not on her birth certificate, but he's still getting away with keeping the little girl from her mother through the courts, even while he sits in prison. Is there anyway that she can get the county, judge, or anyone else to see that his name is not on her certificate and what he has done is illegal and wrong? He was running with the little girl and keeping her from her mother and somehow some way had given temporary custody to some lady, how can he get away with this?

I would suggest you go to the county courthouse to see if any court papers are filed by this man giving custody of this child to another.
