Name Change/forced?

Can the court order my soon to be ex to return to using

her maiden Name? I don't want her associated with my last name. We were married before she kept it then, but this time I don't want her to keep it.

No. The decision about whether or not your soon to be ex-wife can use your or her maiden name is entirely hers.
