Child custody

My daughter was missing her dad(due to we moved to TX from AR and he still lives in AR) and asked if she could go stay with him for the school year so that she was able to spend time with him. That was ok with me because it was really bothering her and they are close. So his girlfriend warns me that now he is going to try and get custody of her for whatever growns, I have not idea. I am a good mother and he is really bitter that I have moved on. This is very messy to and so uncalled for. Does he have growns to receive custody?

Possibly, probably. When you let her go stay with him you may have given him grounds to file to modify the custody order.
