Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Child Custody

my ex-husband had my children taken from me by a judges order for emergency temp custody. we went to court on the 28th of August for a temporary hearing. The judge stated he would advise counsel of his deceision. I have stoill not heard an answer. Is this right. I don't think my attorney is pressing the issue. My children have been gone for almost 6 months. Have I lost all rights? I can't see them, talk to them they can't call me. My parents do not even have visitation. They have been in my custody for the last 7 years.

Re: Child Custody

You should contact your attorney about setting a review hearing. Custody hearings are difficult and some judges take their time in making a decision.
