Child Custody
My ex-husband moved out of state to Ohio in August. He had no contact with us until March 3, when he stated he is coming down to get the kids for the summer. I am afraid if he gets them he won't bring them back. He took them to Ohio in July of 2002 and he came back late and told me he almost didn't come back. He will be going against court order living with his girlfriend and the kids being with them, he smokes around the kids which he is court ordered not to do, and he is not paying child support. He punishes the kids by putting them in the corner and making them touch their elbows together behind them and if they cry cry he yells at them and tells them he doesn't like cry babies my kids at this time were only 2 years old and 4 years old. I need some kind of help before he comes down to get them.
