Child Custody Question

I have a two year old son, and his father, to whom I have never married, recently got arrested for meth and got sent to rehab but no jail. I am living with my new bf and we have moved 6 hours away. His father is taking me back to court to get full custody because I am living with a man, and not married. Does he have anything to stand on since he was just arrested for drugs, lost his job, doesn't pay for health insurance anymore or child support and lives with his mother?

yes. AR law still prohibits cohabitation.
