Child Custody and Visitation Rights

On November 5, 2003 I had a final hearing regarding my divorce and custody case. Temporary custody was established 'until further notice' in July 2003 and awarded to my husband. My questions are - what are my legal rights regarding reasonable visitation since there has not been a judgment for six months and no other visitation has been set thus far? And, since my husband has temporary custody, can his parents take my children out of state for a vacation during the summer months if a decision has not been made on my case? This could very well be my time with them since I've only had my children for 3 weeks in almost a two year period and I'm told a decision is very close. Their grandparents have never taken them on a vacation before and they will be 13 and 15 at that time so it looks like they are interfering with what could be my summer visitation with them. If you had a final hearing in November, why do you not have an order from that hearing? Do you have an Atty? Have you spoken with your Attorney?
