Child suport
Is a parent responisble for child suport for the children before the divorce is final and do we have to go thru child suport for the payements or can it be just between us

Depends on the facts. Has there meen a temporary hearing and has there been an order setting the amount of CS? Anything you give needs to be documented so that you can prove it later. Just handing over cash is a BAD IDEA!
