child support from disability

Can someone still be ordered to pay child support current and arrears if they will be getting disability check (mental)? Can I get some of the ''backpay'' for arrears? Is there a too late time to collect on arrears-this case was 1st ordered in 1995 and modified visitation in 1998.

Have you contacted the AR Child Support Enforcement Agency? They should be helping you get the money if it is available to you. What county are you in? Assuming you are in AR, you may have to go back to court to get the order modified or upheld. You may need legal representation at that point.
