child support

if the divorce papers dont say when to stop child support. when can you stop paying.

You must check your state law on that matter; I am not licensed to practice in the State of AZ, however, KS requires payment through age 18 or June of the year the child graduates from high school. Do not stop payment until you have ascertained what your state law mandates or arrearages will accrue against you.
