Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Child Support Modification

I have been paying child support for over eight years. I have recently remarried and had another child. I have learned that several states lower your child support with proof of a change in maritial and dependent status. Does this apply to Arkansas as well? If so what would the percentage of your income you would be required to pay?

Re: Child Support Modification

Cal does not directly re "marriage", but does take into consideration other children that you are supporting, either by way of court order, or "your" children you are supporting directly in your home. You did not provide enough information for a response to your "percentage" question.
