child support rearer

how to go bout going before a judge to reopen a child support case? with reference to being in the rearer and not working due to being in school and training for sports? I can't afford a lawyer.

You can file a pro se motion for modification of child support.

However, modification of child support may only be ordered when the court finds there is a "material change of circumstances" that warrants a change in support. Otherwise, support will be maintained at the current rate.

In Arkansas, the courts have held that parents equally share in the DUTY to support their children. Just a word of advice, I would be careful using "training for sports" as a justification for a reduction in support. I do not feel most courts would accept that as adequate justification for not working and therefore not providing increased support to your children.
