Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Want Child Support Wage Withheld w/o Clearinghouse Involvement

Would like to have my child support paid to me by wage withholding, and with no involvement from the State Clearinghouse. (Have had child support go through there before, and do NOT want that again.) Non-custodial parent is always behind for whatever excuse is handy at the time. One attorney says it will cost me $300.00 to do so,(Still the question of whether or not judge will agree to let it be paid directly to me) if it is in mutual agreeance on both parties. Ex had agreed to it at one time, but said his employer would not do so without court order. Pretty sure he will not be in agreeance now. What is the best way to handle this without paying an arm & a leg, so to speak. If I had money, it wouldn't be so hard to wait on ex to pay child support! I can't afford that, so whats a person supposed to do in these circumstances? I'm at my wits end on this matter.
