Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

children divorceing their parents

can a child legally divorce their parents? If so at what age for the state of Arkansas. I have lived with my grandparents since I was 2 1/2 yrs old. If I get hurt they have to find my parents. My parent are not an active part of my life and I want to totally belong to the people who really care about me.

Your grandparents need to get an attorney and adopt you. That will make them your parents.
