Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas
My children were taken away from my ex-wife. While they were in foster care my ex-wife terminated her parental rights. I started proceedings to get custody of my children. The case plan stated they were not to have contact with their mother. Now I have custody of my children and have started seeing my ex-wife again. In the final court order and case plan it no longer states the children are to have no contact with their mother. My question is if I re-marry my ex-wife could I get into trouble?

Her parental rights were terminated. She is to have no contact with the children. Ask your attorney to contact the case worker and the children's attorney to see if they would agree for contact to resume.
