Am you able to choose who you want to live with at the age of 15

I am 15 and my mom has complete custody of me, and has had for 8 years. I havn't talked to my dad in 8 years, and I would like to know if I have the right to choose with whom I want to live with and If my mom has any right to say I can't live with my dad.

You have an right to choose with whom you wish to live on your 18th birthday. But if you have not talked with your Dad for so many years, what makes you think that he has any interest in you at all?
