Contempt of court

I was divorced in March of this year. My ex was ordered to refinace the house and I was to get half of the equity. The order was filed in may and he was given 90 days to refinance. That time was up the first of August and he hasn't even started. I know hw is in contempt. Is it possible to file this on my own as I don't have any more funds to have an attorney do this for me

Yes, you can file a pro se motion for contempt.
