Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Hello, I am the custodial parent and my Ex husband has visitation, every other weekend, half spring break, half christmas break, an 6 weeks in the summer. We both reside in Arkansas. However, I am wanting to move to Ohio in late 2011. The ex is going to deploy oversea's in late 2012. How can I rearrange the visitation since we are going to be miles away ? Like when the ex wants to see the child before he leaves an after he has returned?

If you can agree, you can do so by written agreement which should be filed with the Court. If you can't agree, you'll have to have a hearing and have a judge decide.
