Divorce ProSe

I have been separated from my drug addict husband since 2005. I have recently found him in a colorado prison and want to serve him divorce papers. I cannot afford an attorney and need to write my own divorce. I have questions regarding the lanquage for child support. Is it possible to demand retroactive support? Can a lump sum payment be agreed?
