Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

evidence in court

Is a taped recording between my ex and myself able to be use in court? She is trying to deny me court ordered visitation and I have it all on tape. If i do not tape my conversations, then I at least log them in a note book. Are those also able to be used?
