Soon to be exes medical bills. Am I liable?

I was served at work today with a complaint for unpaid dental bills on my soon-to-be ex-spouse. What are my options? Shouldn't they be garnishing her wages instead of mine? The health insurance which I pay premiums for paid most of the charges.

....it appears that you have an attorney on your Divorce action...you should visit with him about the issue...
