ok if my exhusband has coustody of my kids and now hes leaving with a 17 year old wich is his girlfriend can i get my kids back??

The standard is material change of circumstances and what is in the best interest of the children. If the divorce decree or custody decree precludes living with members of the opposite sex outside of marriage, a court may rule that such is a situation warranting a change of custody.
