Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

My exhusband has filed an ex parte order in the state of Arkansas for custody of my oldest daughter. I am currently in Idaho and have full custody. She was there attending school for the second half of the school year. I have decided to bring her back due to emotional abuse to my daughter. how do I go about fighting the ex parte order? He just filed it today. How can the judge even grant custody to him without notifying me? Please respond ASAP, I will be flying to Arkansas on the next available flight.
