Ex-Wife Stealing Idendity
The past 6 mo's we have rec'd #'s of calls from creditors re: my ex-wifes overdue debts.I've pd alimony 17 yrs.In the past she has tried to get credit in my name & my sons. My SS# my wifes our kids & grandkid SS#'s are all involved.Have tried to find her with no avail,hired a PI,he gave me info that let to some church,it maybe some kind of cult.He told me there was to much fraud to investgate.She seems to be AWOL. I have no idea who gets my pmts and if my ex is even still alive. It is a concern with all the id theft going on, & her being involved in a cult.Alot more to explain that can't be done in 1250 spaces.This may be more of a fraud case but we would like to find where the pmts are going, where she is and make sure she stops using our name address ph# & SS to get her credit. We have tried to investigate as much as we can without much results. Although we have not a seen any adverse readings on our credit,the last credit report had credit cards that we were unaware of. Want to make her accountable for using us as credit references & stop alimony pmts.This really is a strange situation. We would like some adivce as to where we should go.The PI wasn't much help.Thank You

Is the state of AR involved here somehow? I am in AR and wonder why this came to me.
