Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

father's rights to my children

Do I have to let my ex-husband have my children for 2 weeks? He plans to have his little girlfriend, who I believe to be a bad influence on my children, watch my kids while he works. He hasn't had anything to do with them in 4 months, and they are only ages 4 and 2. They don't really even know him anymore and they sure don't know his girlfriend. In the divorce papers, I have sole custody, and he only has reasonable visitation, that is if I agree that it is reasonable.

Re: father's rights to my children

To answer your question I would need to see your Divorce Decree and find out what information you have on the girlfriend that leads you to believe she is a bad influence. It is possible under the right circumstances to restrict your ex's visitation.
